PHPBB Upgrade

We will be updating to the newest version of phpBB some time later this evening, so if you notice odd things going on, that should be the culprit. Will be doing full database backups so in case things go wrong, we should be able to restore the database with minimal hassle.

Updates
No more exploiting in the z-axis of PhP resulting in a loss of foreign hacker intrusion that spawn frenchie defacement pages.
Increased posting limit to 65000 however, you must complete various quests involving giving porn to quest masters (or Administrators) that will be guarenteed to not be enough after 2 months of constant submission. ( we will probably introduce a new easier quest involving pictures of kittens or someshit and we'll let you do it right then and there, hence destroying all the work everyone else did for a broken quest)
New board skill - Ban user of choice (available to those with 10k posts or more - will be broken when someone hits 9k, won't be fixed til someone hits 11k and will be renamed as /FUCKSHITBITCHASS and neglected in a future patch message)
