Just went and bought a K8N Neo-FSR with an Amd Athlon 3200 64-bit.

I can get into Safe-Mode, but when I attempt to load windows normally, Right after the Windows XP loading splash screen, I get a restart. straight to a fresh boot up, everytime.

Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

for anyone considering buying a 64 bit AMD processor, Windows will NOT boot up if you have Service pack 2 installed.

I was actually considering getting Windows XP 64 bit edition, On microsoft website, there is a ISO and key for a 1 year free trial.
