What gives you a really great feeling besides sex, orgasms , drugs, alcohol or being loved?

For example:

• Putting on a shirt or pants straight out of the dryer
  
  A good stretch
  
  Waking up at like 6am! Thinking you have to go to work but you don't. Get up for a piss and the feeling when you get back into bed and your sleeping spot is still warm.
  
  This used to be a great feeling. When EQ was in it's prime. Getting into your car on Friday evening after work and driving on the way home to play Everquest for an entire weekend (even better a long weekend)

Waking up on a day off, stretching, realizing you don't have to get up and snuggling up with your better half in bed while dozing off again.

Speed. No not the drug, driving fast. Preferably in a secure environment.

The feeling you get when you help animals. Yeah so I'm a sucker for animals, sue me.

A silly one: Watching a cat groom itself. It is quite possibly the most relaxing thing I can think of.

Driving in my car, weaving through traffic on a 4 lane highway, dominating the road, with my windows open, and my music blasting in 70-75 degree weather with the sun out.

The feeling of freedom to do whatever you want, no obligations.

The feeling you get when you make people laugh.

Taking the first bite of your favorite meal.

Not sure if this counts since it falls into the love catagory, but the unconditional love of a puppy/dog.

The point in a movie or song, where you feel the complete emotion of the singer or scene in the movie. I always got that feeling whenever I sang or listened to Sinatra in New York, New York, at the climax of the song.

The feeling you get when you figure out a problem you've been stumped on for a lengthy time.

And I agree about with EQ in its prime, when you were so excited and pumped and the feeling of accomplishment, or the feeling of wonder as you first entered the world, a huge new place thats just waiting for discovery (for me it was the Everfrost)

I get a lot of mine (those that aren't love related) from music. It's something that is very....spiritual for me. (for lack of a better word.

Performing, especially live but not necessarily, with a group that you just really mesh with. Whether that be good friends or just musicians you respect the hell out of. There's nothing like getting lost in a groove, or just being fucking nails on a solo.

I wish I could find that line from the blues brothers films about no drug being able to give you that feeling you get on stage, etc. I'm getting nothing though.

When EQ was good, skipping school and staying home playing it all day. Especially if it was a friday.

Being woken up early by your alarm by accident, and its saturday, you dont have to go anywhere, you can just go back to bed.

Eating my #3 at taco bell with 2 extra crunchy tacos w/o tomatoes, and a cherry coke. Even better when im with my best friend, we both have taco bell, and we're talking about Halo 2 or EverQuest 2...

Snuggling with my girlfriend ^_^

I love the sound of rain and being in it on a warm day and to breath in and smell the air right after it rains. My favorite color is grey which may sound odd but I relate it to clouds and rain which has the opposite effect of making me happy more than a sunny day.

This is my favorite time of year, and I get all sentimental when I'm at my parents and there's this feeling I get when I'm outside and I can smell the maple trees and the dew on the grass and this candle my mom lights in the evenings that smells like pumpkin....I love it.
