well actually old ports are still usefull, I don't see shouts for ports or advertizing port services vanish anytime soon, a lot of people still don't have PoP.

It will most likely hit hardest the young porters, who just got those ports and hoped to make a ton of money fast.

Those pillars still won't get anyone to Skyfire/EJ/CS etc..
(at least I don't think. Don't have PoP)

I know peeps will still need druids for various ports, but it was nice to see some of the portals I wasn't expecting like GD, FV, The Overthere, and Paineel

I keep seeing shouts for ports to DS from Nexus. While I'm sure the demand will drop some there will always be lazy fucks out there.

yeah kinda like shouts in NFP for port to WC back in the day when Freeport meant something lol

Not quite to skyfire but there is a portal to the OT outpost..

as for EJ the cabilis port is probably fairly close..

keep in mind the portals drop you out of range of guards in the cities newbie zone... only velious port is GD..
