Left for work early this morning to check around for PoP.

1) EB -- Does *not* have. Says shipment comes into province late tonight, should have by tomorrow (Wednesday)

2) Walmart -- Does *not* have. Tho they do have a lot of halloween decorations and junk food in stock, I noticed. Should have picked some up.

3) Microplay -- Does *not* have. Told me to check back on a week or so, cause they don't get PC games in as fast as console games. (aka they don't want my money)

4) Future Shop -- Does *not* have. "Check back later on this week"

I had to get to work after that. Only place I didn't check was TRU, but their PC game selection is limited at best anyways. So that's that. Looks like EB is still best bet, but gonna be another day. You guys can try calling around to various WalMarts in the city - you never know with them. Avalon mall location never had as of 11:00am this morning.

If you haven't been following current events, WalMart sold out yesterday
The Best Buy by me never got the shipment this morning (open at 10am) and they were selling for $25...
...therefore I went to a nearby Software Etc. where they received theirs at around 11am and I bought a copy for a friend at $30.

Who do I blame? Why the Magic Troll of course!

Which Walmart in NEWFOUNDLAND (subject said NEWFS!!!!!) was sold OUT yesterday, bro? Given that no Walmarts in the province of Newfoundland even HAD it yesterday, I would be most intrigued as to how this came to be.

Regardless, EB got it today. So who cares. I have my copy now. =)

Edit: Insane! I thought I was the only Newfoundlander that played EverQuest for the longest time till last year when I went to get a copy of Luclin the guy told me they had a load of copies back ordered.

About 5 and a half years. I graduated high school in 96 and got the fuck out. I really love the province and the people and the culture, but I didn't want to get stuck in the same rut as everyone there.

I know the feeling, i'm getting the fuck out as soon as possible aswell. Highschool sucks.
