Is it usual to want to puke your guts up after doing your daily workout?
Not doing much that streneous. 60 situps, some barbell lifts and dumbell lifts.

Situps, mainly. No heavy drinking and rarely any eating before doing them.
I do about 3 sets of 20. By the time I'm done I'm ready to hurl over everything.

If I was too hungry going into a workout, I would sometimes feel like blowing chunks until I got a balance bar in me.
Also, if you're doing traditional sit-ups, you might want to stop. They're really hard on your back and shit. Do crunches instead, and throw in some push-ups to boost your overall upper body strength.
