Vomitting

Is it usual to want to puke your guts up after doing your daily workout?
Not doing much that streneous. 60 situps, some barbell lifts and dumbell lifts.

Drinking too much water during the work out? Or doing any soecific exercizes that make you feel sick?

I had to redo my program a bit because a few exercizes made me feel like puking because of uncomfotable positions.

Situps, mainly. No heavy drinking and rarely any eating before doing them.

I do about 3 sets of 20. By the time I'm done I'm ready to hurl over everything.

Well, if you feel like hurlig doing sit ups, it could be that you are putting pressure on organs, if it is really that bad, you might wanan go see your doctor.

If I was too hungry going into a workout, I would sometimes feel like blowing chunks until I got a balance bar in me.

Also, if you're doing traditional sit-ups, you might want to stop. They're really hard on your back and shit. Do crunches instead, and throw in some push-ups to boost your overall upper body strength.

Happens to me sometimes when I'm first getting back into my regime after being out for awhile. You should get use to it. Don't drink to much liquid before hand as well.
