sounds like a cool buff, but I can almost hear the annoying laugh that you will have to suffer through to have it already.
Are there any other bards that are annoyed as hell that to use your lute of the howler now you actually have to stay in obnoxious ass werewolf form?

i've been playing with sound off for over a year, so i can deal with it for 130 dex and 30 atk hope it stacks with other atk spells.

The bouncing keeps me from using WW too much on my warrior, it makes me ill after a while. Having 255 dex is nice though.

Atk buff was bumped to 45 on this today.

Anyone know if there is an atk cap?

I cant believe you post something like that (back of book spell basically) and dont post this since imho this is the spell every ench would want to have that I have been dreaming of every night after raiding and casting VoG on 35+ melee. This here is basically group vog.

Single target version of that at 62 is pretty nice too, makes me wonder if they raised the haste cap 61+.

Apparently so. Check FoHs board. There was a thread there a week or two ago on that.

350m each for all melee is no issue if you have the group spell, even in exp group odds are there are 2 or more melee in group- group spell being 700m after casting other one 2 times youve used that much anyhow.
As for raids using group spell via mgb = 1400m
*All in all, this spell has been the one to make me extremely happy.

there is not an attack cap for spells (excepting the Avatar Proc, which contributes to the item cap).

Dance of the Blade for instance does not count towards the 250ATK item cap.

Call of teh Predator, Strength of Nature, VoG, Savagery, etc do not count towards the cap (hence BST with 2100 ATK)

If the exp curve stays the same it's going to take me quite a while to hit 65
