I'm roughly 20,000 miles from a Well's Fargo Fee Schedule that they keep wanting me to refer to, that being the case I thought I'd ask them a simple question: How much to electronic statement copies cost?

I quote here in it's entirety the 6 paragraph response which tells me information I clearly already had, and manages to fail to answer the question. The names have been changed to protect the innocent.. (me :p)

(BTW: if anyone has a WF fee chart around, I'd appreciate an answer from someone capable of tying shoelaces.)

here is the fee schedule from online. I assume charges vary from state to state or by type of account. But, I just looked and I can pull my statements online for free. Then again, I chose to get my statements emailed to me a long time ago, so maybe it is easier for them in my case.

Yeah, that's the fee schedule that prompted the original email.. it refers me to a brochure that is unavailable in a 20,000 mile radius from here rather than listing the actual cost.

I went all the way through to the "order" button w/o seeing the $ fee listed, just that there may be one and I should look at a brochure.

Irritating...

late last year the bank i work for sent out line of credit closure requests with a call-back number on it. about three months later we discovered that the number on the letter was 1-800 instead of 1-877. The 1-800 number went to.. you guessed it.. a porn line.
