My wife's SK has been ready to do this final battle in CoM. we were going to do it last sunday.. now i've hardly ever not seen this mob up. on sunday it wasn't up. last thursday servers were down for maint.. we've been going back and check at least twice a day and as of this morning still not up.

anyone know of any SK's that have completed the epic since maint last thursday and what the atual spawn time on this guy is? we were pretty sure he was a server up spawn and 3 days after that. starting to think he might be server up and seven days. so if thats the case sunday at the latest since he was down last sunday..

any info would be appreciated. none of the sites i looked at had any info on his spawn timer.

You might want to PM both Arsecn and Canelek. I know both of them recently completed this encounter.

Back when the quest first went in, he spawned 3 days after the server went up/zone reset, like most all of the other SK epic mobs (Kurron, Duriek, etc). No idea if it's changed since then, but I'd say someone's killed him if he's still not up. Either that, or the zones come down a time or two.

that would mean on sunday someone had to have taken him out about 4 hours before we got there.. suck.. didn't realize there were that many SK's at the point of completing this thing since i'd always seen the bastard up..

Believe it is 3 day after server up then every 7 days. I had a hard time finding him up too.

okay so far the general consensus is 3 days after server.. that means he did die on sunday.. i can't get a general consensus on respawn after death.. since i haven;t seen him up since and its been more than 3 days i have to beleive 7 days after death so this sunday.. we'll see what happens..

Respawn is probably on the same schedule as most (all?) of the pain in the butt epic mobs.

~3 days (+/- 12 hours) after server start, then 2-7 day random, just like the old RF, Shissir, etc...

Either way sunday at the latest.. which actually works out best..

What Gak said. 3 days after server up or 7 days after death. Took me a few weeks to finally find him up since that was when all those patches were.

Why do people still do the Shadowknight Epic quest? Doesn't the end result... suck?

Actually it is still quite nice. The proc is underrated. I love the hell out of mine, not only due to the accomplishment, but it keeps me standing

I tanked him yesterday til Weaponshield wore out Grats on your SK epic Sintyl!

The SK epic quest makes me all warm and fuzzy inside... think I'll delete mine and do it all over again.

Hrmmm a disturbing trend...SKs sacrificing Rangers for Epics...I did the same a month ago for Canelek...

Yes he repopped on Sunday, and my wife Sintyl completed her Epic.. Thanks again Apollyon for being the Sacri... er tank for us..

The nice thing about him though is if you can get one person not to engage incase of a wipeout you can hail him until the raid force is up and ready to go again.

Ya and the SK quest SUCKS huge!

Initially after he died she freaked.. forgetting that he gives you the "token" to turn in when you do the hand in and is not looted.. and the corpse poofed in 30 seconds.

I was like screw the corpse give the token to Marl before he depops!
