purityscan.b?

I run AVG as my virus protection, and it works better than anything I've used so far (well, except anti viral toolkit pro back in the day) but I'm having a weird issue.

It keeps giving me a virus warning for some spyware installing virus called something.purityscan.b in my system restore information, and he says to run a virus scan to clean it. I run the scan but AVG picks up nothing, ad-aware and spybot also find nothing, as well as trendmicro housecall...
AVG will just pop up a warning for it whenever i let my system idle, then once you get rid of the warning it pops up like 10 more in a row before it stops.

help pls!

This is the only issue I've found w/ AVG... it will find a virus in your system restore folder, but you can't scan that folder (windows goes looking in there for some reason, so AVG sees it, but can't get there itself..)

Only solution I've seen is to turn off system restore (which clears the folder out) then turn it back on.

If it's in system restore, then you WERE infected with it at some point! So there. :P
