Really, really, really annoying board feature. And will probably get more annoying as time goes on! 
Although it does mean the fact that I don't save my password here at work and usually read the board without logging in useful, since the variable just translates to Anonymous.

Now as to this thread, and what is going on, there is a new variable that you can put in posts so that whoever is reading it, sees their name...and if you aren't logged in you see the word Anonymous in it's place...so noone is picking on you, to everyone else's eyes, everyone is picking on them.

Apparently a new board feature was added (or found). If you use [ you ] in a post (remove the spaces between the brackets and you) it puts a variable in the post. Whoever reads the post then sees their name where the variable is. So if someone says "[ you ] is an idiot" Everyone who reads the post sees their own name there (or if you aren't logged in, you see Anonymous).
