Sorry about the linking, I went a little nuts with htaccess

Anyways, I lost a total of 111lbs from the 360 I weighed at the time of the Minneapolis Fan Faire. But in total fat loss it was more because I have gained inches in arms, calves thighs etc. I was down to 233 but have been working out three nights a week for the last 4 months, but most of it is muscle at this point. I am still wanting to drop another 20lbs raw weight, but I am getting some bulking up time in before I start toning in spring.

I have a bad knee from Army fun, and if my next surgery works out well, I may even be able to start running again by the end of the year.

This from the President of the Fan Club belonging to the person that hates me the most? No phony stuff, just the fact that I have been personally attacked after posting in this thread before, based purely on my physical appearance. But you just want to make it seem like I am drama queening, go ahead. There are people here that make a big deal out of anything I post. Since you are one of them, you should recognize that.

I like having the same old people always attack me no matter what the subject, thread, day or time! But anyone who wants to comment about this thread should post some pics themselves. I really feel bad for those with so much self loathing they will not. My wife, our girlfriend and I were talking about it last night after the two of them had read through a bunch of posts here and they think I should not care what people think (they do think some of the people that post here are funny, even Kyoukan, as they say, "she is funny and by funny we mean totally fucking pathetic"). I value either of their opinions more than anyone who posts here so I am listening. Now, if I can get them to leave me alone for having been so republican, I will be really happy.
