90% of CoE is in american time zones...so we want some more euros for those 10% that need some more people online when they are. pretty simple

It's bloody hot in Canada.. it was plus 5 today! Biffin drew some water from the well(we don't have running water in Canada you see) and it took 30 second to freeze as opposed to the usual 10 seconds
