If you don't smoke often it generally gets out of your system faster, or so I've been told. Its pretty much been covered, drink lots of water and that goldwhatever. Oh and the good advice of not fucking smoking before you know you have a drug test. Also as a side note, not many places give zero tolerance drug tests, because they are more expensive. Often times the drug tests you take allow a small amount of THC in your body for you to show as failing. It really all depends. I can't remember if I could flush the toilet, but I "think" they did it for me after I had finished and was washing my hands.

All the drug tests i've had to do for various jobs also have a temperature gauge on the cup, don't quite think that'll work Just pee til your urine is clear.
