I take in over 3500 calories a day without fast food :-/ I gain hardly any weight from eating a lot because my metabolism is so fast.

If a Big Mac can't help you pack on mass, then nothing can. You'll just have to wait until you're older to bulk up.

Yup. Take it from those of us that no longer have fast metabolism. Beer. Lots of beer to go with le Big Mac.
