Local place here makes a "Sweep the Swamp" pizza with Onions, Bell Pepper, Crawfish, Shrimp, Crab and Endouille...yummmm...

Crawfish on Pizza? Is that legal? When I was in Japan they put corn on the pizza's. That didn't bother me so much as it did others for some reason.

Endouille is sausage with crawfish, venison and/or pork + other goodies, boiled in beer then grilled/smoked/whatever.

Good homemade endouille will give you a chubby. Friend of mine makes a big batch every year

Bad is just another sausage.

Just plain cheese for me, and only St. Louis style. (I don't know what it's called in the outside world, but it's thin crust, and provolone cheese instead of mozzarella, mmmmm)
