Alledgedly yes, he plays on Veeshan.

No one knows his identity that I know of. At one point, I made a concentrated effort to find out. I'm still highly curious if anyone knows, and I have no problem keeping it confidential.

I only had one extended conversation with Saiphos. i was running through SRO and was just about to zone to oasis and he popped in like right in front of me.. This was about 10 minutes after a server up from a crash if i remember right.. i hailed him and we just chit chatted for a few minutes.. i was impressed that he took the time to just.. shoot the shit for a few minutes..

I remember one of his reponses to something i said to him.. i don't remember specifically what i said but his response was "because i love my job" and thats what makes/made him the best GM ever.

One day i hope for a FF a little closer to home like Denver or something. I'D love to attend one and meet the Best damned GM we ever had!

Slightly off topic here, but I've not been to a FF yet. For various reasons, I never found a reason to attend. But as I get more comfortable here on VV, I'm thinking I might want to make it to the next one. It depends on where it is though. I'd prefer to go to one in the East/Mid-west (Chicago would be great, always enjoy that city). Then again, I've never been to Las Vegas Sad, but true.

So maybe I will go to the next one in Las Vegas. I'd want to take extra time off so I could enjoy the city properly, and it'd be nice to find someone from VV who could show me around a bit.

And from what I've read in this thread, it sounds as though it would be worth going just to meet Saiphos

I think everyone would agree that you deserved the pile of mail you got. You put a lot of work into being THE GM and I am glad someone up the line recognized it. Now if they can just straighten the rest out, we might get someplace.

If we just had some more GMs like you that would actually help instead of just being assholes (IE Wijdan), and have fun arena fights, EQ would be a much better place, and maybe I wouldnt have gotten banned for 10 days for an accident .

That time CoE was in Katta killing Lcea, well it was indeed true I was training the hell out of them on purpose and casting the new improved cleric version of "sentinal" as much as I could. Hey it worked though, They lost and cried about it =)
