I guess to "rerail" the thread.....
You can solo this as an enchanter, or get one to help you. Getting this to work will involve two mobs. One needs to be a wraith, the other can be anything on the zek faction ( get a gladiator or something in the pit ). It doesn't matter which one, but the enchanter needs to charm one of them with Command of Druzzil. For example purpose, let's say you charm a gladiator. Charm it, and wait for a wraith to wonder near you, alone if possible. Get the pet on the wraith.
Now, as soon as the wraith begins to cast a spell, invis the enchanter to break the charm; hopefully just before the wraith's spell will land. Anyways, the wraith will then attack the gladiator, and should be able to out-aggro the enchanter. At this point, you train mobs from both factions towads this little fight; start small, then get big. Bring two boars, bring two ogres. Bring 5-7 "creatures" then bring 5-7 zek faction mobs. Before you know it, you'll have your own little war going on between these npc factions. As long as you're aggro'd on them ( you pull them and train them on the pile ) you'll get xp when they die.

- Changed Charm spells so that NPCs spell use will now be interrupted once the charm has expired.
So, it sounds like the mob you CHARMED will stop casting once charm breaks...meaning that if you charm the non-caster, this still works?
if so, gratz SoE another fine "nerf"

Umm, yup =) One could hope that they would fix the factions while they're at it.. who knows. I'm sure some of the fine people on the board will QA the fix for them :>

Wow, that was like almost 1 1/2 years ago. Yeah, Cursed got us a few times, but at least we never exploited him like a certain other guild.
But as if exploiting wasn't anything new to you guys. If you want to bring up old content, I can mention Melalafen or Cursed... or the more recent of Fennin Ro.

Well, really, PD never actually exploited on Cursed, you guys just thought we were. We were up there for 2 reasons...1, because it got all the casters in one spot, 2, to fuck with you guys. Cursed could still hit you easy while you were up there, he would stand under the arch and beat you from there. I think his AE wouldn't hit ya up there, but it wouldnt hit you if you stood behind the wall in certain spots as well (that was when it was bugged so it would go through the wall in some spots, but not in all).
Damn, I miss those days, that was back when EQ was still fun.

PD and legion/ix were in kael and PD had just killed Vindi and was finishing prepping for Statue. We went ahead and pulled him but when he got closer to us Dalinar ganked our pull by tagging him for leg/ix. Of course PD was saying wtf and all that, but for some reason sleestakk said "WE SPAWNED HIM" thinking that the statue popped off Vindi. They always make fun of Slee for that, but they always leave out why he said that.

Actually, I thought it was that we had been there for Statue from the beginning while you guys were doing Vindi. We pulled him and you guys tried to tag him, with Slee's defense for that being that you guys had "spawned him".

Momo, don't try to twist the story around. We were there for statue from the beginning, and as you can see from the log, Slee was right there (in says) with a train of giants right behind him. We had statue aggro from his spawn point, tagged, pulled, and killed. If Slee thought killing Vindi popped Statue, he's more fucking stupid than I thought.
Of course, since we're really getting nostalgic, we can talk about real Kael spawn gankers right
here.

We were there for the AoW from the very beginning so that makes it ok. Get a damn clue dude, we didn't clear Vindi so leg/ix could kill Statue.

Lol, 96% AOW was great, I remember that night. My heart was pumping, hoping we would maybe get him to half, see him running at us, Slee runs up to start taking, takes 2 swings, and hits the floor. Next thing I know I get flurried and wake up at WL zoneline. Good times, good times.
