I stumbled across this place. It looks familiar. What is happening here? Where is Zaul....goats are soft.

This place is an anachronism. A great civilization once thrived here, hurling creative insults back and forth through the tubes.
Gradually, one by one, its citizens dispersed into the diaspora of other worlds; most were never heard from again.
If you listen carefully on a windless night, you can sometimes hear the ravings of those who were forcibly outcast... "xouqoa the censor naziiiiii...." they seem to whisper.
