Camcorders

Soooo I need help picking out a camcorder. I'm not looking to make small films or anything. I'm thinking of getting one so I can record my golf swing, bowling, choreography, and maybe some video blogging (yes I might be starting a new lame hobby). A smaller camcorder would be ideal, unless I'm told those really aren't the way to go. I would like to get 60 fps while shooting in 1080p. Image stabilization would also be nice. Ideally I'd like to keep this under $250, any advice would be much appreciated.
