Saw the preview for this when I saw Terminator over the weekend, I'm usually not a Tim Burton fan at all but this looks like a really cool movie!

For anybody interested this is the short film the movie is based off of 9 Short Film. It's directed by the same guy that directs the film.

I'm looking forward to seeing it, but I also enjoy the lack of dialogue in the short version so I'm curious as to how everything plays out in the film.

I usually don't listen to my friends, but they all said they left this movie feeling horribly disappointed. Anyone here seen it yet? Trying to decide if it is worth waiting for DVD rental.

I didnt feel an attachment to any of the characters.

But dont get me wrong, it was a beautiful movie... to look at. But that is the only thing, in my opinion, that it has going.

It was indeed a gorgeous movie. However, it was a tad disappointing at the end, and the characters could have used some more fleshing out.
