I probably could have worded that better, but I will try to explain the basics for you. The "Biker" culture in the US is not the same as just anyone that rides a motorcycle. I am well aware that the number of bikes and scooters in the EU is very high. The US Biker culture was started by soldiers returning home (WW2, Korea, Vietnam, etc) and seeking their own style of freedom. This was the freedom of riding over the open road, and generally doing what they wanted. This is part of the reason you will also see many bikers supporting things like the POW/MIA cause (which McCain has obvious ties to hence the Sound of Freedom). They do some stupid shit, but the origins of the Clubs are pretty much rooted in that same thing. The "Freedom" of the open road. This has nothing to do with bringing freedom to the Middle East or any other part of the world. Most of the Bikers I know are very compasionate people that spend more time doing the charity rides for children than they spend drinking and breaking shit.

You are absolutely correct, Boog. My dad is a prime example, he goes on probably a dozen or more charity rides a year. For these rides, they all donate money to whatever cause it is, and just enjoy a day in the name of the cause.

EDIT: Looked at the graphs in the article. I get a somewhat negligible reduction (less than 2%... yay...) if either follows through. The Obama plan looks like it would actually increase revenues, but it will be interesting to see how the tax code is implemented.

I fail to see how any moral person could justify a tax cut for the top 0.1% that is 2-3 times larger percentage wise than McCain's middle class tax cut. This should fly in the face of even you flat tax proponents.
