Un-Ban Cartalas?

No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

I messed up, that's where it went, let me try this again as I didn't read all 5 pages of this crap to really appreciate what is going on.

Re-cap for those who are playing the home game

I am TheMachine

I have never been gone that long, I read the forums almost every single day. Please note that Aslanna, I was never very vocal, but I was, and am, frequently present.

I had a double role when we were at ign, I tried to keep the Veeshan hooligans in line, and keep the other Nazi mods off of their backs. I was hated on both sides, and was fine with that.

We had a cross server bs fest break out, and that garnered too much attention, I went at it with the other mods in a mod forum, hammering back and forth with their senior admin, before I was removed from moderation duties, and that's how we came to be here.

I haven't actively done anything because things get sorted out in a normal, sensible manner when something comes up. I was not aware this board still needed a baby sitter to keep people in line, that the population was self controlling and destroyed those to weak or flawed to make it.

If that has changed, and the rabble runs rampant, I can return to active status if need be, I figured the whole community had grown up to a point where I didn't have to read every post. If I've assumed incorrectly in this manner please feel free to enlighten me.
This is my house, remember my rules, first rule is I never lose.

In my house, you're just a guest, you might be good but I'm the best.

When I got my first tattoo, I knew right away that I would like another, but that it would have to be my own artwork, something that represents who I am... and it would have to be tribal and swirly.
ahahahah.

45 VVers have voted for Cart to be unbanned!

That makes it about even if you take away the bribes, pressure from the cliqué, members trying to get into the cliqué, and fake votes!

More than a third of the voters feeling Cart doesn't need to be banned must mean there are just a few oversensitive types that forgot this is a flame board. They may have infiltrated the cliqué or are influencing the cliqué with their fragile psyches. Lets make VV the forum for everyone again, like the penny tray, not the jar that's reserved for "special" people only!

Are you shitting me? You proper chaps got your asses kicked by a handfull of farmers and those Injuns. I can at least say that the last time we were at war, some of my direct lineage took part in sending you tea drinking fairies back over to Europe where you can make the French surrender.

Hi. We were fighting 2-3 proper wars at the same time so we were a little distracted. If it wasn't for the French you'd still be talking proper English not the weird dialect you've picked up, so be nice to them.

And seriously, you young upstarts might be the shiznit right now but when it comes to imperialism and genocide you're still in training wheels compared to us. Iraq is a promising start but I doubt you'll dominate 30% of the world's population before you hit the downward slope like we did :P

Should we have started in India instead of Iraq?

Team Sane doesn't speak of it's underground forums! That way we don't have to ban anyone!

Latest topics on the forums,"America: why we rock the world", "Can Muslims really be considered human?", "Should we use a 10 or 20 megaton bomb on Iran to kick things off?"

Something is up with that poll. There is an X, to the right of the choice that you voted for. Well... I did NOT vote for the choice that the X is on.

So either someone reversed/edited the poll afterwards or something is really fucked up with the polls here.

If someone edited/reversed the poll, then Cart needs to be let back in.

I don't think the X is accurate since the poll/vote was made before the board upgrades.

Of course it's rigged with groupie secondary gimp votes (although the poll result X's and bold choice with the new theme are messed up so that's not part of it). Even with the fixing, 50+ peeps still didn't see a reason for Cart to be banned. It's a fragile psyche world we live in today that bans first instead of finding creative ways to deal with those that don't fit into the cliqué.
