The rules are fairly simple really. You just set up a method for the assassination (requirements such as something to do with Water as mentioned in the story), Rules for where assassination is/is not acceptable, and a way to verify that it was completed.

We had a version running here in Austin over the summer through the Alamo Drafthouse. There was a league set up and based loosely on the 80's spy movie...Tag I think?

We had a largish group playing KAOS (Killing as Organized Sport) back when I was in High School. Was enjoyable.
