Had some friends tell me that stores are now taking pre-orders for a July 11th release date. Can anyone confirm this?

July 11th 2006? Also, is that the release date, or is that the date they are starting to take pre-orders? If Sigil is followin the lead of most other MMOs, 07/11/2006 would be right on schedule, lol.

I'm told they're taking pre-orders now (I don't know which store, some place in Texas) and July 11th is the scheduled release date.

I'd be willing to bet the date of 7/11/06 is november 7, 2006, otherwise there is an assload to do in 2 months... like let in a thousand or so beta players

Anyway, to clarify: There was a similar thing going on at Gamestop's website back in November of 2005 - basically it means nothing, and is just them trying to snag a few sales. This game won't be released until late 2006 or early 2007. (Judging by the last few weeks of work, I'm leaning more towards late 2006 - December of course).
