you mean the Imperial March. and the movie is The Empire Strikes Back- which is incidentally the best movie ever. Though the piece was recapitulated nicely in the beginning of The Return of the Jedi ("Lord Vader, we did not expect you so soon!") and the end of Attack of the Clones.

Canned Heat - Jamiroquai

It's the song Napoleon Dynamite Dances to. The song had to be just right to capture that particular momment and this was absolutely perfect.

That song and scene have been copied a million times.
