That's nothing, I remember the KQRS morning show on the radio here talking several times about one where the parents had her in a cage all the time, not only that but she was naked. She had a little drain pipe in the cage to shit and piss in.. It was fucking terrible. Then they played a few audio clips of the parents being interviewed and they thought it was totally normal.. fucking psychos
the system in most regions is already overburdened and the state pays people $$ for every kid they take in, a lot more if they have special needs. it can be pretty profitable. its either live in a foster home with 11 kids and 2 care givers or an orphanage with 200 kids and maybe 4-6 caregivers.Burke wrote:There is something seriously wrong with the Foster/child placement system.
