I didn't find this on a search of the forums, and since I found the site useful, I thought others might as well.
I've been trying to get back into shape lately, and writing down what I eat has helped a lot. I found this site (http://www.fitday.com) which allows you to do that online. It's a free service. And it allows you to keep track of a lot of other things too -- nutrition, activity, etc.
