We have tried adex. Offered him new accounts, pwr lvl, gear. Even though he isn't keen on DAOC anymore, he still doesn't seem to want to

Denmark is a former slave nation of Sweden that lost any significant use 200 years ago when Sweden made peace with the rest of Europe after warring against everyone for a couple hundred years. Back then the danes served as thralls raising crop and pigs to the hungry swedish soldiers.
