Need help with yet another song

I need to know either the artist or the songname of the tune used in this game.

The tune i am after is the tune played when you are on the street and can control the fella, not the intro tune.

I remember the tune from the 80's but can't place it, it was an old rap-tune if i recall correctly.

I am referring to the default song when the game starts and you can control the fella, or tune nr 4 if you decide to change. I recognize NWA as tune # 1 but i am after tune # 4!
