i would think that - speaking hypothetically - one could be encouraged to appreciate the value of certain cliques operating in certain fashions.

this encouragement could come in the form of prioritization for loot acquisition, access to private fnord events, or lastly protection from having ones knees shattered and head bashed in with a tire iron

Ok, so I just put in my two weeks notice at this job.... and I have a serious case of short timers disease..... lots of board time over the next week and a half....
