Picture posting?

K Im not the brightest crayon in the box, but i have a simple question hopefully you can answer. I have a few screen shots i took and i would like to post them on e-mails and my guild board. Unfourently i dont know how to. So can anyone help me out?

click the giant fucking paperclip and find the screenshots to add them to your e-mail.

You need to post the correct code for your pictures i.e.:
