Might want to download that... fixes a potentially nasty bug in IE. It's not put out by Microsoft, but it seems to be a reputable site. I installed it with no problems and it fixes the issue.

It's basically just URL spoofing, so that you click on a fake link and it looks real in the address bar, also in the "hover" status bar at the bottom if done correctly.
You should never click a URL out of an email and give it the same trust as typing it in though..
*shrug* given the severity of the bug, I wouldn't be installing anyone's third party patches to IE just yet..
