Planetside to consolidate Servers

I am up and running on a new machine and since I can make a cross team character now, I am thinking I will join TR while still retaining my love for NC. I will look at creating a character soon and will look for you guys as soon as I can.

TR name will most likely be Adelrune as 999Ping still lives on NC.

So far we had about 5 or 6 people log in and get a VV squad going. We were defeated by the mighty zerg but atleast the zerg battles last longer and arent over in 5 mins like they used to be. But man, TONS of vehicles every where you turn and now with the ability to charge shields on all vehicles with the crysal stuff its even harder to take stuff out. Vangaurds take about 20 striker shots to kill if they have a shield. Basically, if you arent in a tank or something you could be toast.

I do have to say that the bomber is fun. You really have to lead your target but its fun to carpet bomb stuff. Can be really effective in stopping zergs if used right. The bomber can take some damage and that tail gun can knock reavers out of the air fairly easy.

Im still trying to get back into the swing of things but the fun has been renewed for me. Ill still remain casual in this game though. Its a great break from the norm.

Had fun though I spent a LOT of time getting to know PS again. I kinda like the Lodestar and Liberator. I must've just barely missed getting carpet-bombed about 5 times tonight watching the path of the explosion on radar...I'm sure I'll get to feel the full effects of one soon.

ok, just got this game up and running. just a quick warning, you lose ALL of your cert points when you start back up. yeah, i felt pretty fucking stupid when i was standing right behind some VS and couldn't hit him because i wasnt certified to use the cycler.

Yeah.....you get all your points back to spend, but you have to buy all your certs. I guess they did this just last week when they made some changes to lump some vehicles into one cert.

And I will say this again, the chaingun is now your friend!
