pad thai is awesome and super fast to make once you have the processes down. It's also the reason I hate my electric stove.

Much h8 on electric range as well. Alton Brown has a cool tutorial on using a wok + wok ring on a charcoal BBQ. In fact, it is his Good Eats Pad Thai episode. I want to try! I hate having to buy a flat-bottomed wok due to stove restrictions (even with gas).

Recipe?? :D

Vegetarians

* Note: If you can't use fish sauce or meats. Simply substitute 3-4 tablespoons of light soy sauce for the fish sauce. Instead of chicken, fry tofu in the wok until it is browned on all sides. Follow the rest of the directions like normal. Sorry no pictures for those because I won't waste more time on that hippy crap than I have to.
My bolding for emphasis. :)

I used chicken and shrimp (I'd previously cooked the chicken with seasoned salt/pepper crusting because it was about to go bad).
