Yep. We smart Buckeye fans have been saying since last year (we forgave him for UF and we never had a shot at LSU) that him, and more particularly the OC Jim Bollman, are running a wretched offense. Yeah, with white immobile quarterbacks, and badass running backs like Beanie (when healthy) or a Clarett, Tresselball is a great idea that slows the game down considerably. Flashy, no, but effective, yes. My (our) problem is that when you have an athlete like Pryor, you can't run with that shit anymore. Yes, I agree that nothing but good can come of teaching that man to throw first, run second, but for fucks sake, let the man run as a viable option. The loss to USC was the last straw.

With Pryor last year, we had a team with no identity, when we had that hard loss at Texas, we all saw unlimited potential with using Pryor as a QB/RB/WR, so we were able to not blame Tressel for our defense not setting up in time to stop McCoy's TD. Then came Navy, and we all thought, ok, he is just being bashful not showing us the offense we want to see, so he can come out and kill USC. (i made a post to that effect in the college thread) The reps that Bauserman had last week against Navy proved to me that Pryor would be making a couple appearances at WR, and not one person in this nation can stop a 6'6 245lb guy who can run a 4.3, not one. Unfortunately that surefire way for some points or at least better field position for FG's was never implemented, hence all the outcry.

It's not that we think he is a terrible coach, he isn't. We just think he needs to get some people in there who can work with the embarrassment of offensive riches we have right now. My ideal goal is to get an awesome OC in there to call the plays. But Tressel is too much of a control freak to let that happen.

Dear USC,

At least Ohio State looses to top ranked teams in big high-pressure games. We don't lose to teams that don't even deserve to be on the same field as us.

Dear Ohio State Fan,

It is spelled Loses.

And yes you lose to ranked teams, but it tends to be by LOTS of points.

Four straight seasons USC "should" have been in the Championship game, but didn't because they can't find a way to beat teams with inferior talent.

2006 Lost to OregonSU and then climbed back into the championship picture only to lose to a 6-5 UCLA team and only score 9 points
2007 Lost to a Stanford team that went 4-8 and they were favored by 41 points
2008 Lost OregonSU again to keep them out of the championship game
2009 Lost two a Washington team that has won 2 games this season and last season

I know teh Winnowz will point to teh ultra-tough in conference games in the PAC-10, but we know that's a joke.

So which is better get to big games and lose to people for the most part that are favored to win, or not get to the big games because you can't beat the people you should walk over?

People always forget those pesky September losses. Getting blown the fuck up in the BCS title game 2 years in a row? Folks tend to remember that.

That being said, I think that neither OSU nor USC are done losing yet.

don't worry masteen UF will join us with a couple losses, even with their cupcake schedule. turns out harvin was the key to your offensive mystique.

Keep telling yourself that, Zammykins. Turns out our #1 RB (Demps) and TE (Hernandez) both had swine flu for the UT game. Hope we gave Kiffykins a nice present to take home to Knoxville.

Ironically enough, that car in its stationary minivan position is putting up a better defense than UM has put up all season.

BTW Sylvus, you blow.

We actually played pretty solid defense against your offense, anemic as it is...

If it weren't for our freshman QB coughing up the ball 3 dozen times, I think we would have won that game. Oh well!

(CNN)A two-time Super Bowl champion and a former world-class wrestler came forward on Wednesday alleging that they were sexually abused by a University of Michigan team physician under the guise of physical exams.

Dr. Robert Anderson directed the school's University Health Service before eventually becoming the wrestling, football, hockey and track teams' doctor. He worked at UM from 1968 to 2003, before dying in 2008.

During his time with the school, he allegedly abused hundreds of students, most of whom were young men, according to attorney Parker Stinar. Former athletes claim Anderson would exam their genitalia for unrelated problems and injuries.

"What happened to me in that room with Dr. Anderson, I have no words for," former San Francisco 49er safety Dwight Hicks said. "I felt that I had to suck it up. I'm going to be a Michigan man. Maybe this is part of it."

...The allegations resemble those against Larry Nassar at Michigan State University and Richard Strauss at Ohio State University -- doctors who used their positions of trust to abuse students and athletes. The cases also allege that powerful institutions ignored or dismissed complaints about the misconduct.

The statute of limitations on the allegations has passed, so no criminal charges can be brought, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office said in February.
Oh my, UofM players were getting the banana up the tailpipe treatment when they lost the Rose Bowl to Arizona State in 1987. 1968-2003, wow, long time.

Ohio State University and Michigan State Univ also with sexual abuse doctors. What the hell kind of freaky shit is going on in those midwest states!?
