I'll give you $2.5k. (KBB private party price. I put the offer out in case you don't get any from craigslist. I'm sure you will though)

The first time i put it up on the market the first guy that test drove it hit a deer on the driver side 1/4 panel... there was no damage to the alignment and I had the entire 1/4 panel replace along with a fog light...

heh, KBB is different depending on where you are in the country... KBB for zipcode 22201 is like $4750 :)

I'm in your "area of the country" (22182 Vienna)...your looking at the "dealer price". KBB defines the dealer price as high because of all the really neat stuff car dealers do to cars before they sell them (in other words, its an unrealiable price).

But like I said, your car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. And being in this area, I guarantee someone will probably pay $5k for it.

I just figured I'd give you an offer for shits and giggles so you would have one. :)

LOL... forgot that you lived in NOVA :p figured that Dealer price was from like Ohio or sumtin... :)

Last time I advertised it, I had 16 people interested in 3 days of advertising... the first guy that took it out was the one that screwed it up :/

Don't you have to inform them it was involved in a wreck? Or is that just some supriise they find out when they get the title? Hehe.

Well, I consider it something like having a fender bender in a parking lot... there was no mechanical damage to the car... So, I dont see it as information that must be disclosed...

And there wouldnt be any surprises on the title, its not like the car has been totalled...

In VA, the only part of "Full Disclosure" that is actually FULL...is frame damage. If the car ever had the frame bent and/or repaired, in any way, you must disclose that info before selling a car.

You can pore sugar in the gas tank as their leaving for a test drive, or whatever, and you don't have to tell them. You can know for a fact that the transmission is held together by rubber bands, but you don't have to tell them.

If you are not from the area (outside of VA/MD/DC) then the only form of payment I will accept is cash... that is unless you are a Nigerian prince trying to move money to the US and will wire me $100,000USD for the small handling fee of $5000... then we might be able to work something out.
I have added this disclaimer to all of my adds now....

Greetings friend!,

I am Prince Apu Apubara of THE CROWN REGENCY OF NIGERIA (deposed). My family and me were once the ROYAL FAMILY of NIGERIA but unfortunattely were forced out in a military coupe.

I am seeking to dispose of the untold billions$ of USDollars that my family was able to skim from the CROWN TREASURY OF NIGERIa. I am also in need of a sweet ride so I can tool around Georgetown and hang with my homies.

If you will accept a wire transfer in the amount of $USD1,000,000,00 plus the cost of the car I will buy your car from you and you will be helping the CROWN REGENCY of NIGERIA place some of its untold wealh into the hands of its rightful owner (me).

Please TELEX me at NG100938, or fax your bank account information (including ATM card number and PIN) to +1 408 934 7639 if you are interested.

Good Day,

Apu Appubara
