Sales seems fairly weak thus far. However I got Bastion for $2.50. I might pick up Fez for $5 as well.

I've been thinking about picking up Anno 2070. That seems cool in a SimCity kind of way.

Fez for $5 is the best $5 you'll probably ever spend.

Also pick up hotline miami.

I ended up getting Fez. Only spent about 30 minutes on it so far. I got stuck in some area with a lighthouse and couldn't see how to progress. Will get back to it later.

I got Hotline Miami ($2.50) as well since someone at work kept going on about it. Think I might be done with it though. Getting frustrating! And I'm only on Chapter 5 I believe.

Also got Universe Sandbox for $2! Although it's not really a game. Seemed like it could be interesting for a bit and $2 is nothing.

Hotline Miami is fun.
Ridiculous, not very pretty, hard and frustrating as hell, but fun.

It's how arcade games used to be, before games started holding the gamers hand on every step :)

Anno 2070 is good. A bit preachy but good.

I love hotline miami. There is nothing else like it. It is one of the few games I will actually work up a sweat playing. When you are into it, it gets really intense. And the music is so fucking good.

So far I have bought Saint' Row the third. I got it on Xbox when it first came out but I just got it on PC with all the DLC for like twelve bucks. Microsoft still wants ten for each DLC pack. It looks so much better on PC too.

I also bought Fallout New Vegas + all DLC for twelve bucks for the exact same reason.

Not as excited for this steam sale as I used to get; mostly because I have already played or have no interest in most of the games.

Added Terraria ($2.50) yesterday. I'll probably pick up Mark of the Ninja today for $3.74 as it has gotten fairly good reviews.

Also picked up Rogue Legacy for $12. Not really much of a sale ($15 normally) but it's a fun game if you like that sort. Already spent 11 hours playing it.

I picked up the ultimate edition of New Vegas, Dust, and Dishonored last night. There are a few today I might grab (Mark of the ninja, sleeping dogs, can't remember what else.) These sales are awesome and everything, but I still have so damn many games on steam I haven't played.

I have Sleeping Dogs purchased as part of PS+ but I haven't played any of it yet (Haven't even downloaded it now that I think about it).

I picked up Orcs Must Die 2 for like $3.75 yesterday. I thought the first one was pretty fun. Also got Hotline Miami and Fez since all three cost me like $15. I like Steam sales.

Funny how this thread is civil, helpful, and troll-free. Probably doesn't have anything to do with these being games you have to pay for, right?

Euro Truck Simulator. It's both fun and boring so far.

Added Magicka Complete and Dungeon Defenders Complete (or whatever the bundles are called). Also got Bully since it was cheap!

That will probably do it for me unless there's something truly interesting tomorrow.

I was tempted to pick this one up a couple times, but I can never get a solid review of it from a friend that is already playing it.

Euro Truck Simulator becomes less fun and more boring the more you play it.

If you want to listen to music while delivering apples to Bordeaux, you need to convert some MP3s to OGGs.

I ended up with:
Dishonored, Dust: An Elysian Tail, Fallout New Vegas Ultimate, System Shock 2, Sleeping Dogs, Mark of the Ninja, Torchlight 2, Alan Wake Bundle, FEZ, Batman Arkham City GOTY, Antichamber, XCOM, Deadlight, Strike Suit Zero, Just Cause Bundle, Worms RevolutionSins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion, and Sid Meier's Civilization 5: Gold.

Kinda have my work cut out for me. I've played XCOM and Sins of a Solar Empire and I'm really enjoying both.

I didn't buy anything yesterday. There was some good deals overall on things like Dishonored, Sleeping Dogs, Saints Row etc., but I have all those on the PS3 already and don't feel like buying them a second time. I was interested in Dust: An Elysian Tail but I was hoping for a bigger discount so passed on that. I have enough stuff to play as it is so that's ok.

I ended up buying Dishonored, Civ V Gold, Hotline Miami, and Fez. The latter two being from this thread. So, if I hate them then it's all your fault.

Summer Sale is over but I picked up Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams yesterday for $3 which lasts for another day. Reviews a bit mixed, and the difficulty sounds a bit brutal, but they just added an 'easy mode' which is more my style so decided to give it a go.

Nothing for me this sale. I've been sucked back into WoW and am working on my console backlog in preparation for next gen launch.

T2 was ok. Glad I got it free with PS+ though. Personally I liked the first one better. Looks nice though!
