Wow, I don't watch that show, but I believe this clip shows us why Amazing Race has won multiple emmy's, and is going into its 17th season? Its funny to think about it, none of me and my male friends watch this show...but all the wives and women in our group adore it. Wonder what demographic they meant to capture?

17 seasons...but I think its been on the same amount of years as survivor...since around 2001 or so? All these reality shows have 2 seasons a year it seams. One is "normal formula" the other is "zomg special change up!" formula.

Like, amazing race's normal formula is teams of 2...the change up is teams of 4! zing! (yes, I'm sure there are other ways they have changed it up, I don't watch the show, and was doing sarcasm

I think Amazing Race is watchable, but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it, like if it was on in a hotel room I might not bother switching.

Survivor though, I'd rather spend 30 minutes staring at the ceiling than watch that shite.

I think the problem is while a lot of it is contrived, AR is indeed a Race, hence qualifies as reality. Survivor is as far removed from reality as Batchelor Joe or whatever those horrendous shows are called.

Not to contradict, but Joe Millionaire was the greatest reality show evah. season 1 alone that is. No other seasons. That retard made that show fantastic! Plus, tricking all those bitches to love a poor bastard...brilliant...the looks on their faces...priceless. Watching Joe slowly figure out he better start keeping the lesser attractive hoes cause the 10s won't stick around for his poor ass, it was just so much awesome!
