Dr. Richard Roberts, president of Oral Roberts University, shouts an unequivocal “Yes!”
“Based on what I’ve seen in the news," Roberts said in an interview, "there’s no doubt that this act was Satanic in origin."
Roberts added that he doesn’t know if it was Satanic “possession” or “oppression.” Possession, he said, occurs when Satan takes over a person’s life, and the person’s actions are dictated by demonic possession within. Roberts says he’s seen this type and has seen the Devil cast out of a person.

They posted more than just that one point of view also:
Shermer, of course, doesn’t believe in anything like demon possession. And surprisingly, he has an unlikely man who almost agrees with him: Rev. Robert H. Schuller, founding pastor of the Crystal Cathedral, who says he’s “not prepared to give the Devil credit for insanity.”
In addition to his theological accolades, Schuller has a background in psychology. He says of Cho: “I think it’s pure psychotic crack-up.

Yeah I would have mentioned that, but Fox presenting two sides to something shocked me

They often do. You'll see both sides of the issue 100 times more often then on the other major networks.

Okay, I hear what you re saying... but I have no met xtians who were not extremist, the only difference was in how obvious they are about it. You may know of some, but I have not encountered any. They all believe that only they know the truth of the universe, and that others are wrong, that is a clear indication of an extremist.

Dude, give it up, they are just as bias'd for the rightwing nuts as a lot of the media is biased for the left wing nuts. I am a recovering Republican (The party changed) and until you can accept that hearing something that you are comfortable with is not the same as hearing the truth, you will never see it.

We are not on opposite ends of the spectrum here. I too am a recovering Republican. You will hear some ultra right ring religious shit on Foxnews, no doubt. However, Foxnews does a really good job of presenting both sides of an issue. They will lean to the right, but they do show both sides and let reps from the opposing side express their viewpoint way more often than you will see on the other networks.

Yeah, if I had been abbreviating the state, it was "Virginia Tech" V as in Virginia, T as in Tech. You know that there is a character limit in the subject line right?

The fact that they covered this story in this way proves you to be as wrong as you can be. Xtians cannot help it. To explore the true/false is forbidden, they have to rely on faith. You are a Melgibson of the board, deal.
Jon Stewart is less biased than Fox news.

Fox stages their "two sides of the argument" exchanges. These are generally stacked with a strong, prepared individual representing the perspective of the right-wing, and fringe, ill-prepared, inarticulate persons representing the left (who frequently have little or no expertise relevant to the topic). This fair and balanced approach is then moderated by a Fox personality who harbors a strong right-wing bias who directs such exchanges to the predictable end - the individual representing the left is made to look ignorant. To see what I mean, look no further than Alan Colmes or the "liberal" "contributors" used by the network throughout the day or on the evening punditry cavalcade.

Also, let me note that I'm not one of these people who are critical of Fox but rarely if ever watches. I actually watch a good bit of Fox "news" and commentary because I like to know what's going on with the right-wing, and what better way is there to see that than watching their propaganda house?

At least they show both sides. I'm not arguing with you that it is slanted. You still will see both sides of an issue expressed more often on Foxnews than on the other major news networks.
So CNN not giving time to fundy whackjobs is bias?

I disagree. CNN & MSNBC both consistently have guests with opposing points of view to discuss topics ranging from abortion, immigration, gun control, stem cell research, war funding and various cultural issues, and they do this well by having relatively neutral moderation and guests that are prepared and can speak eloquently on both sides. The notion that Fox is the only network that gives both sides of a story is purely marketing hype - marketing hype that you appear to have swallowed whole.

I would agree. Anyone saying Fox is the only network showing both sides would be bullshit.
Fox news says, "Let's debate the Economy using force as the deciding factor! Representing the Conservative Christian Right Wing Republican Views will be the combined Armed Forces of the United States. Representing the SANE, Balanced, Fair and realistic views will be no one at all. Last, representing the Ultra Liberal Agnostic/Atheistic Left Wing Democrats will be a small child with advanced MS!"
If you call that fair and balanced, then I agree with Midnight, Fox is fair and balanced. (snicker)
Any medium that allows Nancy Grace to thrive has failed though, so I do not blame it entirely on Fox.

This, along with Glenn Beck and Lou Dobbs, are a big part of the reason why I don't watch much CNN these days. I just cannot bring myself to support a network that gives a microphone to such lunatics. You're right that none of the networks are without flaws, though. It's just a matter of degrees.

My mistake. You were quite clearly saying that many networks are showing both sides. For a moment there I got the impression that you might have only meant Fox News, or possibly only watched Fox News.

Nope. Try reading the whole sentence next time. It might save you from such embarassment. Actually, I've watched MSNBC 90% of this tragedy.
