Van Halen - "Pretty Woman" - words escape me. I remember seeing this piece of crap way back when on Don Kirshner's Rock Concert and my reaction then is likely what yours is now: "wtf is this piece of crap?"

Wow - to each his own, I guess. I find the constant zoom-in painfully monotonous. After I saw this video (to a song I liked a lot, I might add), I found I couldn't listen to the song anymore because it reminded me too much of the video.

Lovestoned is about the only video of his that doesn't make me cringe.

It's a shame that some of the best rock groups, mostly the ones that were popular in the late 70's and early 80's, make shitty music videos. They caught on too late that MTV mattered, for publicity and sales, not for quality of music.

And man, that Pretty Woman Van Halen video is awful.

Hmmm, I dunno rhyae. That video shows how bad people could dress in the 80's and how bad they could dance, but at least there's a story to the video! The Van Halen video was just a jumbled mess.

What's funny about this video is Pat Benatar shaking upstairs when she's got nothing to shake. I also remember from Fast Times at Ridgemont High, all the girls that tried to look like Pat!
