The "crisis" situation for the finale was so over the top retarded it pained me.

I guess I've just gotten used to the over the top spy stuff. I've mostly took the "spy" aspect of the show with a grain of salt because I never felt like I was watching a real spy show, just a comedy who's main characters are spies, focused on the comedy part.

Absolutely. Contrast with Burn Notice, which is a spy show that happens to have some funny bits.

Renewed for a fifth (and final!) season. There were definitely some weak spots over the course of Season 4 but it usually kept me interested. The ending was interesting except for one thing:
[Show]
I can't see Morgan as the intersect. He's a support character at best.
It's not like.. super-great television but it beats reality TV shows. And I guess it's good they know it will be ending so everything can be finished up unlike other shows that get canceled before they know it.

I think a lot of the weak points this season were due to not knowing if they'd have more time etc. I'm pretty happy with the show still, the humor still grabs me. I'm very happy they're saying next season is it because it should give the writers an exact time table of when they need to wrap storylines up by.
[Show]
I don't want Morgan with the intersect very long, I don't know why but I thought it was kind of dumb.

Luckily the Morgan thing didn't last long... I'm working my way through Season 5 now that it's aired. Half way through now I think it's pretty decent. And it has some good cameos like Mark Hamill who I didn't even recognize at first. To bad his scene is only a couple minutes long. I think they've gotten better as a cast working together although I don't really think Sarah is that strong of an actress. Her acting scenes kinda fall flat in my opinion.

To summarize: Sad to see it ending but it had a good run and they were able to wrap the story how they wanted rather than just getting the axe and never returning like a lot of shows that are cancelled.

I stopped watching the last season after a few episodes just because of how bad they got after Morgan became the intersect.

Not to spoil it or anything but that issue sort of resolves itself so just watch one or two more episodes!
