Just watched Grandma's Boy, and it was a lot funnier than I had been expecting. It's about a video game tester who gets high all the time and is full of juvenile humor, and it was right up my alley.
It's as stupid as any Happy Madison production, so if that's not your cup of tea you might want to avoid it.

This is one of my favorite comedy's, and I have no idea why. It isn't a good movie, it's pointless. But shit, it is fucking hilarious.

Based on a hunch* it might be good, I watched Grandma's Boy tonight.
I'd classify it as one of those movies that you need to gloss over some of the no so funny parts and enjoy the good scenes as they outweigh the bad.
When he's digging through the fridge:
"I don't know what you are but I'm going to fucking eat you"
The bedroom "ghost" scene cracked me up as well.
The lead actor looks exactly like Mel Gibson in this movie IMO. Uncanny.
7.5/10 (if you're in the mood for "stoner" humor)

I saw it last year on a whim and was surprised, not by how stonerific it was, but by how it's a pretty good movie in the fundamental sense that they filmed it exactly as they meant to. Much like Hot Rod. Hilarious and definitely one of my favorites.
