It's my understanding that this is how things works in Hong Kong as well. No guns on the police, and very few on criminals. It is odd, but it seems to work well. Then again, contrast this with China, where there is a soldier on every other corner with an assualt rifle and a justice system that is ex...

I'm all over this guy. I'll be watching him for name changes and such and will let all you know whenever it happens. It would be nice to see him waste 50 bucks and still have people know who he is.

Damn, too bad I didn't know about this guy in advance...

Moejojo LVL 60 Ogre Warrior Unguilded Sorry to have messed the basic details. Just be on the lookout, I'm certian he'll be trying to apply to all the big boy guilds. In reguards to recruitment, it is harder than it seems, as I'm sure you're aware. This is the only bad seed I have ever come across in...

I'm with Dalur. They are all just buildings afterall. The point should be to rebuild. That is the hardest decision for many, not what type of building will be build in it's place.

Rebuild, move on, remeber.

And the latest Veeshan Asshole is........

Moejojo, Warrior This board exists to expose people like Moejojo. He underwent a rather short term initiation in Companions, and once he was deemed a full member, he immediately started soliciting guildmates for PLing, equipment, making promises he never kept, and was later learned, never intended t...

The plea bargin was definately a shock for me to see. Obviously, he said or did something for the US in order to get this deal. I do not feel he was stupid at all. However, I feel he was very impressionable and was pulled deeper into the Taliban than he expected. "When in Rome..." and all ...

Investment Advice...

If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. With Enron, you would have $16.50 of the original $1,000.00. With Worldcom, you would have less than $5.00 left. If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser (the beer, not the stock) one year ago, drank a...

City of Heros has OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of potential. Personally, I'm glad they delayed it at least a year. Hopefully that will give them the time to make it all it can be. Customization is actually quite broad and unique. Instead of experiance, you gain fame. Instead of guilds, you have...

Forget the $$ and system requirements, I don't think I'll invest this much time in another mmorpg. Time will tell, but it's doubtful.

The movies I have seen of SWG are awsome. I especially like the interface that pops up ala SIMS style. Very nice.

They both look entertaining, I'll give you that. They both look like special effects laden "B" movies. Not that there's anything wrong with that. 8 legged freaks on the I-Max would be pretty fucking cool, but then again, a commercial for vaginal itching cream would look great on an I-Max...

The average PC game is still 40-50$. NWN and WC3 were the exceptions to the rule really. They could afford to have those prices because the demand was so high due to pre orders and what not. That is one of the most significant reasons why I do not preorder. It's just feeding the machine. Companies n...

I started with a Texas Insturments computer my dad won by winning 2nd place in a game-concept idea for the Atari 2600. All I remeber is that his concept was based on the M*A*S*H sitcom. Ayway, the TI was his prize and I remeber it being black and silver. Our first "real" computer purchase ...
