But wait a minute dont those Kael/thurg TOV helms already have the proper graphic? why would they need to be customizable?

Wheres a good spot for a chanter lvls 57-60 to find a pick up group with decent drops. besides the good exp Seb only has 1 or 2 spots with good drops. every since luclin, most of the drops in Seb have turned to garbage plat wise.
