i started playing again not long ago andhave been able to finish off every quest that was left in my journal. quests go green, the mobs may be gray but you can get drops for quest items required. Quests never go gray as far as I know. I've done most of the low level quests that i had left over, even...

I've had a chance to deploy a large number of content delivery devices that utilize maxtor drives for caching/pre-positioning, etc. etc. Of the 600 devices, the first 100-150 had maxtor scsi drives that failed at a significant rate, probably 30%. Mid-stream Cisco changed to Maxtor SATA drives and we...

I just read the SI article. I don't care for T.O., but I don't care much for Parcells either. It'll be fun to watch those two butt heads, unless T.O. realizes he's gonna have to scale back his ego to keep the bick bucks coming in. But I've been a Dallas Cowboys fan since I can remember so I'll conti...

I read somewhere that 400kb was the minimum bandwidth. After letting this run for a day on my desktop, I saw the stream do a range between 250kb up to 410kb at various times. I have 3mb up/512k down DSL at home so I imagine my home network would've been really slow, but I wasn't here so who cares;) ...

MSRP is 250 I believe. This one cost like 213 street price. Doesn't suport HD. Only has S-Video and Composite inputs. Video quality depends on the stream of course. Doesn't look bad at all off my 3mbdown/512mb up DSL unless you full screen it, then it gets a bit fuzzy but not too bad. Using a small ...

Got my hands on one of these and got it setup last night. Confirmed access via the internet by letting a friend of mine access my tv. http://www.slingmedia.com Streams pretty nice apparently, not much distortion of video. Good audio quality. Has IR attachment to allow changing of channels, etc. etc....

Recent breakthroughs in bio-fuels such as ethanol should allow us to at least decrease the dependancy on foreign oil by quite a bit in the next decade. I'll have to try to find the article I read the other day that stated there were major capital investments being made in increasing ethanol producti...

How can you not see that court oversight of law enforcement spying is to protect the very person you say won't be hurt by spying? The ones doing nothing illegal SHOULD NOT be spied on. It is a simple check and balance against the abuse of power. If I'm a cop and I think someone is doing something il...
