I really enjoyed the first one, and had no idea a sequel was released. In fact, I actually finished the game a couple times.
Will add this to want-list for sure.

Honestly the insta-travel doesn't bother me as much as all the other things that are being rushed this season. Then again I hated waiting on boats in EQ too. Running to get there just as you see it pulling away from the dock left one feeling so defeated! Fuck boats! That's still better than getting...

Wouldn't the dragon proceed to snap his big bitch neck around to snatch Jaime and Bronn out of the water like a boss? Not like he is a Ring Wraith and can't get down with the H2O.

I don't know, half of me wants to see it succeed well enough for the franchise to go on in hopes that they can get it on track. The other half wants it to fail so that someone else can pick it up a year or two down the road and make it into an HBO/Netflix series, which is what it always should have...

I hope Billy Bones, er, Dickon survived. Dude adds a ton of charisma to the screen. Mr Grumpy Tarly probably lived, if only to be alive when Samwell busts out some important shit towards the end of the series. Take that, old man!

I can't say for sure, but the film kind of reeks of "too many chefs in the kitchen" due to production delays, lots of reshoots due to poor early media reception, sloppy marketing, etc. Of course, it is just speculation piled onto what I've observed. I am sure the real reasons will come out...

Who saved Jaime? That Dickon guy or Bron? I'm assuming Jaime will be captive of Dragon Lady next episode. Impressive dragon fire stuff. I had super-low expectations as well, but what was on screen was a train wreck. Studio tampering tattooed everything. Sure, they wanted to make it simple to draw in new folks, but in doing so, I believe all they achieved was portraying this property as a disjointed, dullard YA mishmash. The only thi...

I did like Tyrion's voiceover during the castle breach. It was a bit Ocean's 11-y but effective. It is highly unlikely a battery is going to go south like that if it is not defective.
