There were some pretty good action sequences that would take your breath away, so overall I'd say it was an ok flick. I won't be buying the DVD though. The one thing that bugged me was the environmentalist spin on the whole thing, as if the Ice Age were caused by mankind being bad. HELLO! Ice Ages h...

I'm a card-carryin Libertarian and lifetime member of the NRA 8) Yes that's right, I put my money where my mouth is, and pay lobbyists (NRA) who will support my beliefs, i.e. our Constitution and my freedom to protect it. I think the spirit of the Constitution and Revolution that the colonies fought...

Pretty good narly movie, but overdone plot line. This sums it up: people get lost, same people begin disappearing, furry deformed mountainmen are the culprits, hunted people struggle to escape, some do. I wish they had done something unique regards the plot. As for the good things, it did make me ju...

Guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I've watched this movie each of the past three nights, and I like it more everytime I see it. This is destined to be a cult classic, and as such most will hate it, but there will always be us die-hard lovers of this movie. Think I'll watch it again tonight...

I waited for the DVD and watched it last night. Damn, what a trip! Watched this one right after watching Dee Schnider's Strangeland hehe. This movie reminds me a lot of Zombie's music and CD covers. Pretty true to him and his creativity/style. I'd say its a great debut for him making a horror flick,...

Well, I've watched this movie about 4 or 5 times now since it came out on DVD two weeks ago, and I love it! Its a dark comedy about a week in the lives of some speed freaks. Kind of like Trainspotting or Requiem for a Dream, only a lot funnier. The scene with The Cook in the porn video store is hila...

When I quit smoking cigarettes, the nicotine patches helped to ease the pain. Hard candy with a strong taste helped too during times that I'd crave one, like during my hour commute to work and back. Anyways, good luck to you, and keep taking it one hour at a time. After about 3 days the cravings wea...

A Man Apart
Went and saw this last weekend, expecting it to be up to snuff with Fast and The Furious or XXX, since its Vin Diesel's latest movie. I wouldn't exactly say it sucked, but it sure wasn't edge-of-your-seat like the previous two movies he put out. I won't be getting this one in DVD, that's for sure.

Oregon is NOT expensive to live in, except for all them taxes you gotta pay to get free health care! Everything comes at a price...convenient huh?
