And to top it all off, Burn AND Provoke have been nerfed. The Burn patch duration is a lot faster now, so theres no way to stack burn on burn. Provoke no longer stops mobs from fleeing from any power that causes them to run in fear, ie Burn/Ignite, Fire Rain, Ice Storm, Freezing Rain, etc. Grats Ta...
