Don't know how healthy it is supposed to be but a few chunks of good stick (not sliced) pepperoni would be the bomb in that, sausage=good but something in it screams good pepperoni to my head.

Quinoa is the only complete protein (all 8 amino's in an almost perfect balance) in the grain world, I would say that makes it the healthier of the two reguardless of it's higher fat content. It does need to be rinsed first but come on, so does your rice... please tell me everyone actually bothers t...

Re: Electric car with an on board generator vs. a "real" hybrid
There are 2 kinda of hybrids, Parallel and series. Some vehicles like the Prius and Volt run both depending on the situation, the Honda's run only parallel for a savings of around a grand a unit. If you are doing routine long distance driving you are better off with a parallel system only because of...

If you have true drypacs, then you don't need any oil to sear them off. If you cover them with anything strong enough to do anything but accentuate the flavor you should be shot. I would do more of a cool Vietnamese rice noodle dish with Mizuna, peanuts, cilantro (or basil or both) and a dressing ba...

Trade values are way off everywhere, the market is in a state of flux that leave long term managers shaking their heads. Here is an example. Feb 08 Honda civic LX, 9k miles - $13,800 May 08, the same car was traded in with another 1500 miles for $16,200 Today $12,200 That is a civic, something that ...

Wow, that's the worst game Webb could have pitched tonight. He picked a bad night to suck with it being the Sunday Night Baseball Game on ESPN. May have cost him the Cy Young. It'll be hard to give it to either guy at this point, Webb has the W's and the division, Timmy has the K's and ERA, truely both players are pitching out of theiur minds. Nope, we are talking pitchers and the quality of their stuff. Strikeout power pitchers like Lincecum and Randy Johnson always have a...

Umm no... Lincecum is better than either of them. Peavy is too probably but I am not a Pads fan. I just pray he is durable because he is a once in a generation pitcher to watch pitch. nope. do they have more wins over the last three years? More wins this year? Only 12 wins for Lincecum (WHIP 1.23)....

You'll like Barnes, hope he rebounds from the personal shit that plagued him last year. All in all the W's are a far deeper team and it should be fun to watch what Don Nelson can do with what appears to be a 10 man rotation. I predict 52 wins!!!! (so Nellie can tie Wilkens)

Re: Crab and Corn Chowder
I have a great chowder that is close to this. You need to use fresh corn for this so you can simmer the cobs (after you shave off the corn) in with the liquids. You'll add about 195 million % more flavor. That and don't use milk, use cream and lessen the flour a little, same mouth feel less heavy.
